Overview:
The Automatic Rigid Box Opening & Mold Removal Machine efficiently separates boxes from their molds. Based on a detailed assessment of factory logistics and production pace, three optional modules can be added to enhance automation: box feeding, mold return, and internal transport.

Optional Module 1: Loading Robot

Use Case:
Manual handling of incoming boxes is slow, repetitive, and labor-intensive.

Benefit:
A high-precision industrial robot automatically picks up formed boxes and loads them onto the mold removal machine. This replaces manual placement, ensures accurate positioning, and provides a continuous, stable supply of boxes.

Optional Module 2: Inner Mold Return & Stacking Machine

Use Case:
Collecting and stacking inner molds manually is repetitive and time-consuming.

Benefit:
Directly connected to the machine’s output, this module automatically collects and stacks inner molds on pallets. It completes the full “remove–return–reuse” cycle, creating a fully automated mold workflow and significantly reducing labor.

Optional Module 3: AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle)

Use Case:

Internal material transport between workstations requires additional labor and planning.
Benefit:
The AGV works with the mold stacking machine and front-end feeding system to move full pallets of molds out and deliver empty pallets or materials to the next workstation, enabling smooth, automated internal logistics.

What You Get:
With any of these optional modules added, the production line can be tailored to your factory’s needs. Operators are freed from repetitive work, production becomes more efficient, and material flow—from feeding boxes to mold return and transport—can be automated according to your setup.
